(the "........." is the part that gets a little steamy). In fact, if you've not read the Song of Solomon in the Bible, it will make any Romance novel, on the shelf at Barnes & Noble, seem like child's play. The great part of this romance is that the love between Solomon & his bride is celebrated over a lifetime and the way God intended it to be. Not the way Hollywood portrays it to be.
Mr B and I have been married for 16 years. Give or take a few weeks.
Truly, that's a blog post all in itself. One that says...."you've got some 'splaining to do missy" !
We've weathered many storms. Celebrated many triumphs. Rolled eyes. Spoke unkind words. Made up. Worked together. Lifted each other up. Played hard. Mr B and I have grown. Together and as individuals. We strive to bring Glory to God in our relationship and with our children.
Is our marriage perfect ? Or are Mr B & the B Keeper, perfect or without flaw ? Not in this sense of the definition of perfect. When I look at other definitions of the word perfect, such as this one, "completely suited for a particular purpose or situation".....we are perfect ! We are perfect for each other. God's perfect plan.
Happy 16th Anniversary,
Many, many more.......
With so much love & respect.
From the B Keeper.
